Dynamism, vision and practicality. Manni Group did not simply suffer the consequences of the 2008 economic crisis. The annual financial statement of 2016 showed that it marked a turning point for the Verona-based group, which has 12 subsidiaries and 21 production centres in Italy and in the world. With +9.7% over the previous year, it registered a turnover of Euro 516.3 million, with an EBITDA of Euro 30.2 million, a significant improvement compared to 2015 (Euro 16.1 million), which stood at 5.8% of the turnover (3.4% in 2015).
The financial year 2016 confirmed the trend towards quality rather than quantity, interest in energy efficiency, the search for anti-seismic safety of constructions and respect for the environment. “We are preparing for this important change: having finished celebrating the Group’s 70th anniversary, we are now focused with determination on the future, full of innovative projects and spirited by the present that paves the way”, the Chairman commented. Future development will be driven by internationalisation, product and process innovation, digitisation and sustainability.
